Hallo zusammen!
Ich vermiete eine 1-Zimmer Wohnung in Maxvorstadt ab sofort bis Ende Oktober. Die Wohnung ist im Dachgeschoss eines 5-stöckigen Gebäudes, Fahrstuhl ist vorhanden. Ich verlange auch eine Kaution von 100 €.
Bitte keine Oktoberfesttouristen!
Die Wohnung is voll möbiliert und es gibt WLAN.
Im Keller gibt's einen Waschmaschinenraum mit Trockner.
Die Wohnung liegt ganz zentral im schönen Maxvorstadt-Viertel. U-bahn Universität, Tram Schellingst, auch Nachtlinien. Das Zentrum der Stadt ist gut zu Fuss erreichbar. Es gibt zahlreiche Läden, Cafes, Restaurants, sowie Super-/Drogeriemärkte in der Nähe. Ein unbedachter Abstellplatz für Fahrräder ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Die Nachbarn sind alle junge Leute und sehr nett :)
Da ich bereits am Wochenende wegfliege, ist die Wohnung ab sofort zu haben (Einzug morgen möglich). Bitte bei Interesse Privatnachricht schicken. Die Miete für September und die Kaution sind am Tag des Einzuges fällig. Es sind ein Esstisch, ein grosser Schreibtisch, 3 Stühle und eine kleine Kochnische vorhanden, sowie ein grosses Doppelbett, vorhanden.
