Zahlreiche Cafes, Boutiquen und Einkaufsmoeglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Naehe. Verkehrsanbindung mit der U3/U6 Universität oder Tram 27 Schellingstraße. Internetanschluss vorhanden.
Ich vermiete das Zimmer ausschließlich für den genannten Zeitraum!!! Ein Besichtigungstermin findet ausschließlich am 1. Okt. 2014, 20 Uhr statt, gerne würde ich im Anschluss daran direkt den Untermietvertrag abschließen!!! Ich freue mich auf eure Mails, die bis Dienstagabend spätestens beantwortet werden.
