Ich vermiete ein 1-Zimmer-Appartement ab dem 16.3 unter. Das Appartement befindet sich in zentraler Lage in der Maxvorstadt in der Nähe der TU am Königsplatz. Einkaufsmögichkeiten (Netto, Lidl) sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die U-Bahnhaltestelle Theresienstraße sowie Königsplatz sind in 3-5 min. erreichbar.
Es ist ausgestattet mit einem eigenen Badezimmer mit WC, Dusche und Waschbecken. Ein Einbauschrank und Regale sind vorhanden sowie ein Bett und Schreibtisch/Schreibtischstuhl. Die Küche wird mit vier Bewohner der Etage geteilt. Eine Waschmaschine befindet sich im Keller zur Mitbenutzung (70cent pro Wäsche).
Das Wohnhaus ist ein Neubau, sehr gut isoliert und in sehr ruhiger Lage. Kein Lärm.
Das Appartement ist in einem Studentenwohnheim, daher ist es auch nur an Studenten zu vermieten.
Die Frist ist bis zum Juni, nach Absprache wäre das Appartement auch länger zu vermieten, jedoch bis zum Monatsende kündbar.
