- Hervorragende Lage (direkt an den Pinakotheken), 10 Min zum Odeonsplatz, direkt bei der Türken- und Schellingstraße
- Wohnung liegt im Hinterhaus - Balkon geht ins Grüne (kein Blick auf Innenhof / Hauswände etc!!!), sehr ruhig
- Seperate Küche, kleiner Flur und kleines innenliegendes Bad
- Sehr sonnig und mit einem neu renovierten 8qm Balkon!
Ich überlasse Dir meine tolle Einrichtung (siehe Fotos). (Ink. Schränke, Bett, Waschmaschine, Balkonausstattung, Lampen....)
Ich suche im Gegenzug eine größere Wounung. Folgende Kriterien sind ein MUSS und nicht verhandelbar: ab 2,5 Zimmer, ab 80qm, in der Maxvorstadt / Schwabing und dem Lehel (ca. 1km Umkreis von 80799), Balkon, gern sanierter Altbau.
