Hallo alle zusammen,
ich untervermiete meine kleine aber sehr gemütliche1 Zimmer Wohnung in Maxvorstadt. Sie liegt zentral und genau zwischen den U-Bahn Stationen Stieglmaierplatz (U1) und Königsplatz (U2). Da ich aufgrund meiner beruflichen Situation länger im Ausland bleiben muss, werde ich die Wohnung bis Mitte September untervermieten. Es besteht ebenfalls die Möglichkeit, dass ich den Mietvertrag ab Oktober komplett übergebe.
Die Wohnung ist komplett möbliert, WLAN und TV ist natürlich vorhanden. In den Mietpreis ist alles inbegriffen. Mein Fahrrad hast du auch zur Verfügung. Monatliche Miete beträgt 765€ und für die gesamte Zeitraum (6 Wochen) - 1148€
Wenn ihr Interesse habt, bitte schickt mir eine Email und ich werde euch Bilder schicken. Wir werden erstmals ein Skype Termin vereinbaren und danach eine Wohnungsbesichtigung.

Hello everybody,
I rent my small but very cozy and central 1 bedroom apartment in Munich (Maxvorstadt) between subway stations Stiegelmeierplatz (U1) and Köningsplatz (U2). As I have to stay abroad longer because of professional reason, I will rent the apartment until the middle of September. There is also a possibility that I will hand over the rent contract after September.
The apartment is fully furnished, wireless internet and TV is there. In the rental price all the bills are included. You can use my bike as well. The monthly rent is 765€ and for the whole period (6 weeks) 1148€
