Hallo zusammen! Ich bin ein Student an der TU München und bin über die Ferien zu Hause. Deßhalb möchte ich meine Zimmer in dem Studentenwohnheim Caritas Zieblandstraße vermieten. Die Zimmer ist 9 qm groß und voll möbiliert(Büro, Stuhl, Bett, Regal, Schrank, Kühlschrank, Waschbecken). Ich bezahle monatlich 390 Euro wobei Frühstück eingeschlossen ist. Ich vermiete den Zimmer ab dem 06.08.2018 bis 05.09.2018, also für einen Monat für 400 Euro plus 15 Euro für die private Internetverbindung. Der Wohnheim ist renoviert und hat auch zwei eigene Fitness-Räume, Billiard, Kicker und Tischtennis. Für Bilder bitte anrufen oder E-mail schreiben!
Hallo! I'm a student at the TU in Munich and during the holiday I'll be home, so i want to rent my dorm room.(Caritas Zieblandstraße Wohnheim). The room is 9 sqm big and completely furnitured(desk, chair, bed, fridge, closet, sink and a shelf). I pay for the room 400 euros monthly with breakfast included. I am willing to rent it from 08.08.2016 till 080.09.2016, 1 month for 400 euros + 15 euros for the private internet connection. Der Wohnheim ist ultra zentral, 2 Minuten von der Ubahn, 1 Minute zum Bus, 5 Minute zu Fuß bis an den Stammgelände der TUM. 5 Minuten zu Fuß gibt es ein Lidl und ein Netto und 2-3 Minuten zu Fuß gibt es verschiedene Bänke.
