Ich suche einen Untermieter für meine 26m²-Wohnung mitten in der Maxvorstadt, von Oktober 2015 bis einschließlich August 2016.
Die Wohnung ist komplett möbliert, hat einen Balkon, eine Küchenzeile und ein Bad mit Badewanne/Dusche, Sie ist im 4. Stock, ein Aufzug ist auch vorhanden.
Ich ziehe für ein Jahr ins Ausland, daher werden alle Möbel in der Wohnung bleiben. Auch Geschirr etc. kann benutzt werden, und auf Wunsch lasse ich auch gern passende Bettwäsche hier.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Bäcker, Bars, und alles, was man sich sonst wünschen könnte, ist quasi vor der Haustür :-).
Die U-Bahn Haltestellen Theresienstraße (U2), Königsplatz (U2) und Stiglmaierplatz (U1) sind in unter 5 Minuten zu erreichen.
Das TUM-Stammgelände ist ebenfalls nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Auch zum LMU-Hauptgebäude sind es mit dem Bus oder Fahrrad 10-15 Minuten.
In den Nebenkosten sind die Gebühren für Internet, TV-Anschluss und GEZ enthalten.
