ich biete hier eine schöne, helle, 1-Zimmer Wohnung in einer Toplage zum TAUSCH mit einer 2-Zimmer Wohnung in guter Lage an. Gute Lage wäre Maxvorstadt, Ludwigsvorstadt, Isarvorstadt, Au, Haidhausen, Schwabing, Schwanthalerhöhe. Desweiteren sollte die Wohnung einen Balkon haben.
Die 1-Zimmer Wohnung hat eine geschlossen Küche, Bad mit Fenster, Badewanne und Waschmaschinenanschluss sowie einen kleinen Flur und ein goßes, sehr helles Zimmer mit vielen Fenstern.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind alle in der selbsen Straße vorhanden.
Tram und U Bahn in 1-5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Ebenfalls ist der Englische Garten nur 10 Minuten entfernt.
Die Wohnung hat zusätzlich einen Keller sowie einen Hof, in dem Fahrräder abgestellt werden können.
Einen Balkon gibt es nicht.
Ich wäre bereit dieses Schmuckstück gegen eine 2-Zimmer Wohnung zu tauschen.
