Die Wohnung (es handelt sich um ein 1-Zi. Appartment) ist perfekt geeignet für Studenten/Praktikanten/Alleinlebendeoder eben Wiesnbedienungen/Kellner etc.
Es gibt ein großes Schlaf-/Wohnzimmer, ein Bad, Küche und einen sehr großen Balkon, perfekt zur jetzigen Jahreszeit (Ausrichtung nach Süden)
Ich vermiete die Wohnung möbliert, das heißt du bekommst alles Notwendige, wenn nicht sogar noch mehr ;)

The appartment (it is a 1-room flat, not a shared flat) is perfect for students or interns, especially as it is very central. It has a big sleeping/living room, a bathroom and a big balcony, perfect for the summer.
The appartment is furnitured, meaning that there is everything necessary and even more ;)

Die Lage ist optimal. Direkt neben den Pinakotheken, Ubahnhaltestellen Odeonsplatz und Universität sind in je 5-10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Ebenso der Englische Garten und der Eisbach/Isar. Busse fahren auch direkt vor der Tür und mit dem Fahrrad ist man sowieso überall sehr schnell. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Cafés gibt es jede Menge in der Augustenstraße bzw. Schellingstraße (Tengelmann, Lidl, Netto etc.), alles kann zu Fuß erreicht werden.
The appartment is situated in a great location, next to the museums, bars and the English Garden/ river. There are two metro (subway) stations around: Odeonsplatz and Universität. Both of them 5-10 minutes walking. There are also busses and anyways, almost everything is reachable by bike. There are many supermarkets and cafés are all nearby, so you will not have to starve :)
Die Wohnung verfügt leider noch nicht über eine Waschmaschine beziehungsweise den richigen Zugang. Daher auch für die Lage ein "günstiger" Preis. Um die Ecke, in der Barerstraße, ist aber direkt ein Waschsalon. Außerdem ist zu diesem Monat mein Internetvertrag ausgelaufen, sodass ich versuchen werde, so schnell als möglich einen neuen (für dich und später mich) zu installieren. Ich persönlich besitze keinen Fernseher, solltest du einen haben, gibt es aber Anschlussmöglichkeiten. Die Bilder hier sind nur ein Anhaltspunkt, da ich mich derzeit nicht in München befinde, habe ich einfach die letzten genommen. Ein Update gibt es dann nächste Woche.
Unfortunately, there is no washing machine in the appartment. There is a washing shop around the corner though. Also, my internet contract is over just now, but I will try to organise a new and better one for you as soon as possible. I personally do not have a TV, but if you have one, there is connection. The fotos I posted are old (but still the newest) ones, as I am out of town for a couple of days, but I will update them as soon as I am back.
