Es handelt sich hier um ein modernes, 19qm großes 1-Zimmer Apartment, inklusive Bad und Kochnische für Studenten unter 30 Jahre, also max. 29 (wichtig!). Da das Gebäude gerade neu gebaut worden ist, habe ich leider noch keine aktuellen Fotos. Die Fotos die ich hochgestellt habe entstammen der offiziellen Homepage vom Studentenwerk zum Wohnheim Agnes-/Adelheidstraße. Die Möbel auf den Fotos sind jedoch die gleichen, wie im jetzigen Apartment.
This modern 19qm 1-room apartment includes a bathroom and a kitchen. It's made for students which are not older then 29 years. The student residence is newly built, therefore I have no current pictures of the apartment itself. The pictures I have uploaded are from the original homepage of the "Studentenwerk München" for the student residence "Agnes-/Adelheidstraße". The interior design on the fotos are the same as in the offer.
Zu Fuß benötigt man vom Wohnheim aus 2 Min bis zur U-Bahn Haltestelle Josephsplatz und 5 Min bis zur Bushaltestelle, von wo aus man leicht weiter ins Zentrum fahren kann (zur Uni sind es nur ca 7 Min). Geschäfte für den täglichen Bedarf sind alle fußläufig zu erreichen.
You only need 2 min to go to the subway station "Josephsplatz" and only 5 min to the bus station from which you can quickly get further into the city centre (to uni you only need like 7 min.). Shops for daily demands are reached within walking distance.
Ich vermiete die Wohnung erstmals bis Ende Januar unter. Es könnte sein, dass sich der Mietzeitraum noch verlängert.
I want to rent out the apartment at least until the end of january. It could be possible that the duration of the rental will be extended until the end of march.
