Suche einen Nachmieter für meine 1 Zi.Wohnung in Maxvorstadt ab 1.02 oder auch gerne 15.02. Die Wohnung ist ca. 27 qm groß (laut Vermieter 30 qm). Das Bad ist neu gemascht mit Dusche und Badewanne. Die Küche ist zwar sep., aber sehr klein. Der Wohnraum hat eine Schlafnische oder Büronische, die man abtrennen kann vom übrigen Raum mit einem Vorhang. Große Fenster, kein Balkon, schön hell. Nettes Haus mit sehr netten Bewohnern. Keine Provision. Ablöse für Waschmaschine - Toplader (keine Waschmaschine im Haus) 150 Euro. Miniherd (2 Platten) Ablöse 30 Euro. Kühlschrank gehört zur Wohnung, ist noch neu. Bodenbelag Teppich, der Vormieter hat geraucht - ein paar Brandlöcher, der Vormieter hat den Boden beim Vermieter bezahlt, ich selbst wollte keinen neuen Bodenbelag, aber da könnte man sicher mit dem Vermieter drüber reden.
