The location is very convenient: 15mins walking from Marienplatz.
Once you take a step outside the building, you can find yourself in the very midst of urban culture: boutiques, restaurants, bars, supermarkets, Englisher Garten and so on.
The connection to the public transportation system is excellent: subway U3/U6 Universität, (night-) tram 27, several bus stops.
