Hallo zusammen,
ich gehe über den Sommer ins Ausland und suche einen Zwischenmieter für mein 1-Zimmer Appartement in der Gabelsbergerstraße.
Alles was für den Alltag nötig ist, ist vorhanden:
- eigenes Bad mit Badewanne
- eigene Küche mit Ofen
- Waschmaschine
- Bett (140*200)
- Smart-TV
- Kleiderschrank
Eigentlich fehlt nur eine Spülmaschine ;-)
Die Kosten beinhalten alles: Wasser, Strom, Heizung, Internet... Es kommt nichts mehr extra auf Euch zu.
Sonst gibt es eigentlich nichts weiter zu sagen, meldet Euch einfach bei Fragen.
Lage ist top und ziemlich genau zwischen der Ubahn Station Theresienstraße (4 Minuten zu Fuß // Linie: U2) und Stieglmayerplatz (6 Minuten // Linie: U1).
In unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es
- Netto, Edeka und Lidl
- dm & Rossmann
- viele Cafes und Restaurants
- einige Bars und Clubs
