Hallo, meine 1-Zimmer Wohnung wäre vom 11.12.2017 - 07.01.2018 zur Untermiete frei, also insgesamt 1 Monat.
Es gibt eine Schlafnische mit einem 1,40 m Bett eine Couch, einen Esstisch, TV, Schrank oder was man sonst so in einer Wohnung hat. Zudem gibt es eine kleine Küche und ein Badezimmer mit Badewanne. Ganz einfach ausgedrückt die Wohnung hat alles, angefangen vom Geschirr bis hin zu Bettlaken und Handtücher die ich euch über diesen Zeitraum da lassen würde. Internet ist natrürlich auch dabei ;)
Die Lage ist unschlagbar. Mitten in der Maxvorstadt und die nächste U-bahn Station ist 150 m von der Wohnung entfernt. Der Hauptbahnhof ist somit in 10 min zu erreichen und der Königsplatz ist quasi um die Ecke. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Cafés und Kneipen findet man gleich vor der Haustüre :)
Also wer Interesse hat, einfach mal ne E-Mail an mich senden. Zudem würde ich auch gerne ein paar Sachen über dich und den Grund erfahren warum du in der schönsten Stadt der Welt wohnen willst.
