Das Zimmer ist direkt im Herzen Münchens, die Lage ist optimal man hat einen 5 min Weg zum Hauptbahnhof, in der Nähe sind sämtliche Cafes, Restaurants, Bars, Clubs und alles mögliche. Man hat über all hin eine schnelle Anbindung. Es befindet sich schon eher in der Nähe des Cafe Cosmos.
Es handelt sich hierbei nur um eine 3 wöchige Zwischenmiete vom 15/16. 7. 2018 bis zum 6/7. 8. 2018 . Das Datum kann je nach Situation auch + - 1 bis 2 Tage variieren, je nach Absprache.
600€ komplett Warmmiete inkl. Nebenkosten (Wasser, Strom, Internet) Kaution nach Absprache bzw 400€ . Waschmöglichkeiten gibt es im Keller gegen Kleingeld.
