I'm going to my hometown and my flat will be free from 23 December until 3 March. But you can have it from 1 Januar until 1 March, if you prefer so.
My flat is 23 m2, but you will see, there is a lot of place. I leave furniture here, so you can use it.
There is bed, two tables, chairs, couch, two cupboards, lamps, iron. All what you can need. I can leave blankets and pillows for you too.
I don't have washing machine in the flat, but you can always go upstairs to 6th floor and wash your clothes there, you should pay just 2,50 euro.
There is not separate room for kitchen, it's located in corridor. But you will see, it's enough space to cook even together with another person.
The flat is in the center of Munich. 2 minutes to U-bahn Königsplatz (U2) or Stigmalierplatz (U1), 10 minutes by foot to Hauptbahnhof.
You have everything around: shops, cafes...
I also have dishes, fridge, internet. I'm also have two bicycles, which you can use.
You can have a look at room from 17 at workdays or at weekend.
