Hi Ihr Lieben,
da ich auf der Größe nach etwas Größerem bin, würde ich gerne meine 1-Zimmerwohnung mit Balkon in Maxvorstadt/Neuhausen gegen eine Wohnung in den einschlägigen Münchner Vierteln eintauschen.
Die Wohnung ist 38qm groß, hat einen großen Einbauschrank im Flug und eine Abstellkammer (relativ groß - ich habe hier Koffer, Ski und alle meine Schuhe untergebracht).
Außerdem hat die Küche eine abgetrennte Einbauküche und einen großen Balkon.
Aktuell zahle ich 770 € Warm, hier würde dann noch Internet und Strom dazukommen.
Ich suche eine Zweizimmer Wohnung bis max. 950€ warm.

U-Bahnstation Mailingerstraße ist 5 Minuten entfernt, Trambahnhaltestelle Marsstraße ebenso.
Balkonmöbel bzw. Boden müsste übernommen werden.
