- Bett 1,40m Breite und neuer Matratze.
- Bettwäsche und Handtücher nach Absprache möglich.

- Schreibtisch

- zum kochen alles vorhanden.
[aktuell kein Wlan]
- Amalienstraße 81; ruhiger Innenhof
- diverse Supermärkte, Restaurants und Bars für die after Wiesn ums Eck. [Türkenstraße, Amalienstraße; Barerstraße,Leopoldstr.]
- in 1 min an der U3/U6 Haltestelle Universität--> 4 Stationen zur Theresienwiese [8-18min; einmal umsteigen Odeonsplatz]
Die Miete beträgt 960€ und ist im Vorfeld zzgl. 500€ Kaution zu bezahlen. [wie genau PayPal oder ähnliches kann man dann noch ausmachen]
