Ich vermiete meine 1 Zimmer Wohnung für 2 Monate unter. WICHTIG: Die Wohnung wird nur teilmöbliert sein. Drinnen bleiben: Bett (inkl Matratze und Lattenrost) , Schrank, und ein Holzregal. Die Küche bleibt so wie sie ist (außer Geschirr natürlich).
Bitte nur melden, wenn das ok ist. Man hat ja dann alles was man braucht.
Die 1-Zimmer Wohnung ist sehr gut gelegen in der Nähe der Hochschule München. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (edeka, Lidl, dm und Rewe) in der Nähe und auch (Imbisse, Restaurants) sowie Cafés und Bars in der Umgebung. Nicht weit zum Olympiapark und zum Univiertel.
Bitte schreibe mir einfach eine Nachricht, damit wir uns bald in Verbindung setzen können.
Es sollte für dich aber in Ordnung sein, dass die Wohnung nur teilmöbliert oder unmöbliert übergeben wird. Es gehört aber ein Kellerabteil dazu. Wenn du die Sachen nicht brauchst, ist das auch ok.
