Due to an internship in another city, I am renting out my beloved little apartment. Entering it, there is a small hallway with a wardrobe. On the right side of the hallway, there is a small kitchen. From the hallway to the left, there is the bathroom. Following the hallway, there is the main room. The flat is fully furniched including dishes. The mentioned renting price includes everything (warm water, electricity, internet, etc.).
Aufgrund eines Praktikums vermiete ich meine liebgewonnene 1-Zimmerowohnung. Diese besteht aus Gang mit einer kleinen Küchenzeile, Badezimmer sowie einem größeren Hauptzimmer. Ich vermiete sie voll möbliert. Der angegebene Mietpreis enthält alle Kosten.
The location of the flat is the biggest plus. It is in the heart of Maxvorstadt, 3 minutes by foot from the U-Bahn station Theresienstraße. The TUM main campus is 10 minutes by foot.
In the block, there are two supermarkets, a variety of bakeries as well as all kind of restaurants. Furthermore, there is a laundromat right next to the building.
Die Lage der Wohnung ist wohl der größte Pluspunkt. Sie liegt in der Maxvorstadt, 3 Minuten zu Fuß von der U-Bahn-Haltestelle Theresienstraße entfernt. Das Stammgelände der TU München ist 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.
Im selben Block befinden sich zwei Supermärkte, zahlreiche Bäcker sowie eine große Vielfalt an Restaurants. Zudem gibt es einen Waschsalon direkt um die Ecke.
