Die kleine möblierte 1-Zimmer Wohnung verfügt über alles, was man im alltäglichen Leben braucht: Bett, Schreibtisch, Esstisch, ausgestattete Küche mit Spülmaschine, eingebauter Wandschrank, Regale und ein geteiltes Bad. Das Bad wird nur von mit einem weiteren Bewohner genutzt, der dort eher selten anzutreffen ist. Das Badezimmer hat eine Glasdusche (Bild 4) und, was cool ist, eine Waschmaschine, die man kostenlos benutzen kann.
Gesucht wird eine eher ruhige Person.

The cozy studio apartment has everything that you need in you everyday life: bed, desk, dining table, equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, build in closet, shelves and a shared bathroom. The bathroom is shared with one other person, your lovely neighbour, who rarely spends time there. Moreover, the bathroom has clean shower. Besides, you’ll have a washing machine to your disposal.

Die Lage ist für einen Studenten megatraumhaft, besser wird es wohl nicht. Die Unis und die besten Bibliotheken sind nur einen Katzensprung entfernt.
Die Wohnung befindet sich 2 Gehminuten von der Tramhaltestelle “Elisabethplatz” und 8 Gehminuten vom U-Bahnhof Giselastraße (U3, U6). Von der Giselstr. sind es nur 4 Minuten (3 Stationen) zum Marienplatz.
Zu Fuß erreicht man das LMU Hauptgebäude in 10 Minuten, der Englische Garten ist davon in nur 5 weiteren Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Kurz gesagt, mit einem Fahrrad ist man innerhalb von 10 Minuten überall, wo es sich lohnt (Englischer Garten, Uni LMU und TUM, Luitpoldpark, Olympiapark usw.)
Sehr zentrale, aber trotzdem ruhige Gegend mit vielen netten Cafés, Supermärkten und Grünflächen.

The apartment is two minutes away from the nearest tram stop (Elisabethplatz) and 8 minute-walk to Ubahn “Giselastr.” U3 and U6, which takes you to Marienplatz in 4 minutes.
You will find the LMU main campus as well as one of the biggest city park in world, Englischer Garten, within walking distances: 10 and 15 minutes respectively. Furthermore, within 10 minute bicycle ride, you’ll reach Englischer Garten, both universities (LMU and TUM), Luitpoldpark, Olympiapark.
The area is really central, yet quiet, with countless Cafes, Supermarkets and green areas.
Du kannst in die Wohnung einfach nur mit einem Koffer mit deinen Klamotten einziehen, alles andere ist vorhanden.
