* Süd-Balkon mit Pflanzen und Tisch
* Großer Gang mit Aufbewahrungsschrank
* Küche & Bad
* (Mein Zimmer gibt es auch noch, ich bin aber nicht da)
* Direkt an der U2 Theresienstraße
* Uni-Viertel, Bars und Restaurants nebenan
* Direkt am Massmannpark
* Englischer Garten und Innenstadt nicht weit zu Fuß oder mit dem Rad
* Olympiapark 10min mit dem Fahrrad
* Bettwäsche habe ich auch für Dich
* Mülltrennung: Bio, Papier, Restmüll im Hof - Glas, Verpackung nebenan im Container
* Ich werde ab dem 25. oder 26. September wieder da sein und in meinem Zimmer schlafen, da bist Du also nicht mehr alleine :)
* Wenn nötig kannst Du auch noch ein bisschen länger in dem zweiten Zimmer bleiben
