Möblierte ca 35qm große 1-Zimmer Wohnung mit Doppelbett, Esstisch, Stühlen, Sessel, Kommode und einem Kleiderschrank. Separate gut ausgestattet Küche und kleines Bad mit Badewanne/Dusche. Fernseher und Internet sind vorhanden. Die helle Wohnung und der große Balkon blicken in den Innenhof. Eine Waschmaschine kann für Geld im Waschraum im Keller mitbenutzt werden.
Es gibt ein kleines Kellerabteil, in dem zumindest Koffer/Taschen Platz finden.

Die Wohnung liegt sehr gut mitten in der Maxvorstadt. Eine Bushaltestelle ist direkt vor der Tür. Zur U-Bahn Theresienstr. oder Josephsplatz sind es ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß. In Laufweite liegt sowohl das Uni- als auch das Museumsviertel. Die Augustenstr. mit allen möglichen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten liegt in die Ecke. Ein Edeka ist direkt an der nächsten Straßenkreuzung.

Da ich den November/Dezember beruflich nicht in München bin suche ich eine Berufstätige, zuverlässige und saubere Person, die die Wohnung zur Untermiete mieten möchte.

Keine Haustiere und Nichtraucher. Für Paare können nach vorheriger Absprache auch einziehen, es ist aber halt nur eine 1-Zi Wohnung mit dem entsprechenden geringen Platz.
