The room has a single sized bed, a desk, a wardrobe and a lot of storage space. The room is rather spatious so there is space for more furniture if needed. The balcony facing west is perfect for a coffee/tea under the disappearing afternoon sunlight.
The kitchen is fully equiped (minus dishwasher). One shared bathroom (with one other person). Washing machines in the basement usable with coins.
High speed internet is included.
Flat life is very calm and there no disturbances with respect to noises. Everybody is either working/studying and mostly go their own way. Nonetheless we do some cookings together and enjoy a pleasant talk from time to time in the communal areas.
Connection wise it is located in an excellent place. 2min from U2 and you can easily change to U3 at Scheidplatz (they wait for each other). There is also buses during the day and the night right in front of it.
Supermarkets, Pharmacies, Copy-shops and others within 5 min walking distance.
LMU and TUM campus easily reachable within 10 min or less.
There is also Luitpold park and Petuelpark closeby and even a Korbian platz with a simple but enough calisthenics setup.
The price is for one full month (both dates are flexible for a few days).
Towels, sleeping covers (etc) and other relevant belonging scan be provided for use.
