Ebenso gibt es einen kleinen französischen Balkon, Kellerabteil ist auch vorhanden. Im Flur ist ein sehr großer Einbauschrank, sodass man im Zimmer nicht mehr viel Stauraum braucht :)
Das Appartement befindet sich im Hinterhof, mit grünem Ausblick (sehr ruhige Lage, man hört nichts von der Türkenstraße).
Anbindung ist die U6, Haltestelle Universität sowie Tram & Bus in der Nähe. Sehr nah zur LMU & deshalb ideal für Studenten. Geschäfte, Bäcker, Restaurants etc. alles in der Nähe.
Wichtig wäre ein festes Einkommen und/oder dass die Eltern den Mietvertrag unterschreiben.
