Natürlich bleibt Geschirr in der Wohnung.
Du musst also nicht viel mitbringen.

Die Mietzahlung erfolgt für 3 Monate jeweils im Voraus.
Da ich selbst in eine andere Stadt gehe, vermiete ich die Wohnung unter und habe auch nicht vor, in den nächsten Monaten wieder komplett zurückzukommen, jedoch werde ich die Wohnung an den Wochenenden selber nutzen.
