The apartment is about 28sqm and equipped with a very comfortable bed and a cozy couch, which invites you to relax. The couch can also be used for sleeping if necessary.
The kitchenette with induction stove and many other appliances such as oven, microwave, kettle, rice stove and toaster is perfect for cooking something delicious.
The height-adjustable desk with monitor offers plenty of space to work.
The bathtub in the bathroom is an ideal way to end an exciting day in Munich.

Die 1-Zimmer Wohnung hat eine große Fensterfront mit schöner Aussicht und wirkt durch das viele Licht, welches durch das Fenster hineinfällt, sehr freundlich. Trotz der zentralen Lage ist es in der Wohnung dennoch sehr ruhig.
Das Wohnung ist ca. 28qm groß und ausgestattet mit einem sehr bequemen Bett und einer gemütlichen Couch, die zum Entspannen einlädt. Die Couch kann bei Bedarf auch zum Schlafen verwendet werden.
Die Küchenzeile mit Induktionsherd und vielen weiteren Geräten wie Backofen, Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher, Reiskocher und Toaster eignet sich perfekt dazu, etwas Leckeres zu kochen.
Der höhenverstellbare Schreibtisch mit Monitor bietet viel Platz zum Arbeiten.
In der Badewanne im Bad lässt sich ein aufregender Tag in München ideal ausklingen.
Selbstverständlich gibt es in der Wohnung auch schnelles WLAN.
The apartment is very centrally located in the popular Munich district Maxvorstadt. Around the apartment are numerous numerous restaurants and bars to discover. Shopping, many sights and museums such as the Pinakotheken are within walking distance.
Also, there is a small park in just a few meters from the apartment.
The subway station Josephsplatz are within a few minutes walk. By bus, the apartment is connected via the station Görresstraße, which is located opposite the apartment.

Meine gemütliche Wohnung liegt sehr zentral im beliebten Münchner Stadtteil Maxvorstadt und bietet dir alles, was du für einen tollen Aufenthalt in München brauchst. Durch die großen Fenster fällt viel Licht in die Wohnung und die gemütliche Couch lädt zum Entspannen ein. Rund um Wohnung gibt es zahlreiche zahlreiche Restaurants und Bars, die es zu entdecken gilt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Museen wie die Pinakotheken und die U-Bahn-Station Josephsplatz sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.
