Mein Name ist Thomas, ich bin 28 Jahre alt und arbeitstätig. Für den Sommer diesen Jahres Plane ich ein 6-monatiges Sabbatical und möchte daher meine Wohnung zwischenvermieten.
Ich kenn die Situation nur zu gut in München eine Wohnung zu suchen… Dieses Mal bin ich in der einfacheren Lage und suche einen Zwischenmieter.
Folgende Daten:
• Zwischenmiete von 01.04. – 30.09.2023
• 1 Zimmer Appartement mit ca. 30qm
• Helle und ruhig zum Innenhof
• Möbliert (1,40 Bett, Esstisch, kleine Couch, TV, Schrank, Waschmaschine)
• Maxvorstadt, Enhuberstraße 6
• Direkt an der U2 Theresienstraße
• Miete gesamt: 850€
o 760€ warm inkl. Strom
o 90€ Nebenkosten (Internet, GEZ,…)
• Kaution 1800€
• Haftpflichtversicherung notwendig
• Hab ich was vergessen? Fragen? :)
Für Kennenlerntermine bin ich flexibel ob die online oder persönlich stattfinden. Wenn alles passt, möchte meine Vermieterin dich auch nochmal kurz kennenlernen und dann setzen wir einen Vertrag auf.
