DIE WOHNUNG STEHT NOCH ZUR VERFÜGUNG
Ich vermiete mein Appartment vom 10.08.2023 bis 31.12.2023 unter, weil ich während dieser Zeit im Ausland bin.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem Studentenapartmenthaus und kann nur von Studenten und Praktikanten bezogen werden.

Zur Wohnung:
- hochwertige und vollmöblierte 1-Zimmerwohnung mit 20 m² Wohnfläche im 3. OG

- eigene Küchenzeile mit Elektroherd, Backofen, Kühlschrank mit integriertem ***-Gefrierfach, Spüle, Arbeitsfläche und großzügigem Stauraum in Hängeschränken

- eigenes Badezimmer (abgetrennter Raum) mit Dusche, WC, Waschbecken, Handtuchtrockner und Ablagemöglichkeiten

- enthaltenes Mobiliar: Bett (100 x 200 cm) inkl. Lattenrost und Matratze, Ein Schreibtisch (160 cm + 160 cm Arbeitsfläche) mit einem Drehstuhl, großer Kleiderschrank, Ledersofa, Esstisch mit 2 Sesseln, viel Stauraum in mehreren Regalen und Sideboards

- die Küche ist vollständig ausgestattet, mit Herd und Backofen. Ich belasse ein paar Dinge (z. B. Bücher, Küchentöpfe, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher uvm.) in der Wohnung, welche mitbenutzt werden können.

Sämtliche Strom- und Wasserkosten sowie 100 Mbit/s Glasfaser Internetverbindung und Kabel-TV sind im Mietpreis von 670€ enthalten.

I am subletting my apartment from 10/08/2023 to 12/31/2023 because I will be abroad during that time.
The apartment is located in a student apartment building and can be occupied only by students and interns.

About the apartment:
- high-quality and fully furnished 1-room apartment with 20 m² living space on the 3rd floor

- own kitchenette with electric stove, oven, refrigerator with integrated ***-freezer, sink, work surface and generous storage space in wall cabinets

- private bathroom (separate room) with shower, toilet, washbasin, towel dryer and storage facilities

- included furniture: bed (100 x 200 cm) incl. slatted frame and mattress, a desk (160 cm + 160 cm working surface) with a swivel chair, large closet, leather sofa, dining table with 2 armchairs, plenty of storage space in several shelves and sideboards

- the kitchen is fully equipped, with stove and oven. I leave a few things (eg books, kitchen pots, coffee maker, kettle and more) in the apartment, which can be shared.

All electricity and water costs as well as 100 Mbit/s fiber optic internet connection and cable TV are included in the rent of 670€.
