ich biete meine hübsche, kleine, saubere Wohnung zur Zwischenmiete an. Sie ist ca 30qm groß, hat ein Bad mit Dusche, Wohnzimmer/ Schlafzimmer und eine Küche mit Küchenzeile. Bett, Regale, Schreibtisch, Kommode, Sessel und Stühle sind vorhanden, so dass ihr eigentlich keine eigenen Möbel braucht. In der Küche gibt es neben der Küchenzeile mit 2 Herdplatten, auch einen kleine Backofen, einen Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach und natürlich einen Wasserkocher.

I’m subletting my beautiful, quite and tidy apartment for 10 months. It is circa 30qm has a bathroom with a shower, a living room/bedroom and a kitchen. You’ll find a bed, shelves, a desk and chairs, so you won’t need your own furniture.
Your new home would be in Milbertshofen. 2 minutes walking to U-staion “Frankfurter Ring” and 3 minutes to “Milbertshofen”. In case you miss the last subway, you can take the night bus which is also 2 minutes walking distance.
Groceries can be bought near by at Lidl, Tenglmann, Netto, Rewe and bio market.
The apartment is for a single and Non-smoker as I don’t smoke myself. If you need towels, sheets or a bicycle just tell me and I’ll provide them.
So if you are looking for a cosy place to stay for 10 months please contact me.

Die Wohnung liegt im Stadtteil Milbertshofen an der Grenze zu Schwabing. Die Verkehrsanbindung ist super. 3 min zu U-Bahnstation "Milbertshofen" und 2 min zu "Frankfurter Ring" ein Nachtbus hält ebenfalls, falls es mal länger wird. Zum Einkaufen hat man gleich einen Lidl auf der gegenüberliegenden Straßenseite, genauso wie 2 Bäcker. Tengelmann, Netto, Biomarkt und 2 Metzger sind in 3 min zu Fuß zuerreichen, ein Getränkeladen und Rewe in 5 min.
Die Wohnung ist für einen Single gedacht. Ich bin Nicht-Raucher und möchte auch daher nicht, dass in der Wohnung geraucht wird. Bettwäsche/ Bettzeug, Handtücher etc. sind bei Bedarf vorhanden. Fährräder kann man vor dem Haus abstellen.
Falls du also ein gemütliches Zuhause für 10 Monate suchst, dann meld dich einfach.
