Das Appartment befindet sich in einer ruhigen Hinterhoflage und verfügt über einen Balkon, sowie eigener Küche mit Ofen und einem eigenen Bad mit Badewanne. Im Flur gibt es zusätzlich Platz für einen Kleiderschrank und Stauraum. Im Dach gibt es zwei Waschmaschinen und einen Trockner, die gegen Bezahlung mitbenutzt werden können. Das Kellerabteil hat ca. 5 qm² und bietet ausreichend Platz auch für das eigene Fahrrad. Eventuell können auch Möbel vom Vormieter übernommen werden.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Ubahn sind ca. 3 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Die Straße ist relativ klein und führt dann zu einem Park. Ideal für Studenten: der Fahrtweg zur LMU sind ca. 10 Min. zur TU ca. 7 Min., nach Garching dank Bus& Ubahn ca. 1/2 Stunde. Aber auch sehr gut geeignet für Mitarbeiter von BMW
Da ich nicht rechtzeitig wusste, ob mein Umzug zustandekommt, läuft mein Telefonvertrag noch, dieser könnte bis zum 01.10. übernommen werden. Besichtigungen können wahrscheinlich erst nächste Woche stattfinden, bei Bedarf sende ich gerne Bilder.
