ich ziehe aktuell gerade um in eine neue Wohnung und meine nette 1-Zimmer-Wohnung in der Rathenaustr. wird frei.
Entweder könnt ihr ab 1. März die Wohnung direkt als Nachmieter übernehmen mit einem unbefristeten Mietvertrag oder als Zwischenmiete mind. 2 Monate bis meine Kündigungsfrist abgelaufen ist.
Die Wohnung ist gut gelegen, direkt an der U2. Nur eine Station bis zur BMW (FIZ) und ca. 15 Minuten zum Hbf.
Aktuell ist die Wohnung noch möbliert und ich würde die Möbel auch an euch abtreten wenn ihr daran Interesse habt.
Bei Interesse bitte am Besten per Email melden. Besichtigung ist ebenfalls möglich!
