Ich untervermiete mein Bungalow in Olympiadorf für August und September. Das ist eine kleine Wohnung mit 2 Stock. Küche und Badezimmer sind am Erdgeschoss und das Schlafzimmer ist an 1.OG. Es gibt auch eine schöne Terrasse ;)

I sublet my Bungalow in Olympiadorf for August and September. It is a little apartment with 2 floors. Downstairs there are the kitchen and the bathroom and the bedroom is upstairs, with a pretty balcony.
Die Wohnung ist ein Bungalow im Olympiapark. Die Stimmung ist sehr still und die Nachbarn sehr sympatisch. Es gibt auch viele Veranstaltungen, die im Olympiapark organisiert werden ! Es gibt Party, Restaurants und auch eine Bierstube. Die U3-Linie (Olympiazentrum) erreicht man mit 3 Minuten zum Fuß. In der Umgebung findet man auch Geschäfte (Edeka, Bio-Insel, Bäckerei, Apotheke...) und das Olympia-Einkaufszentrum ist in 2 U-Bahn Hälte erreichbar.
The apartment is a Bungalow in Olympiapark. The atmosphere is very calm and the neighbours are nice. There are a lot of activities organised in the olympic parc. We can also easily find shops (bio-shop, edeka, bakery...), and you only have to walk 3 minutes to access the subway U3 (Olympiazentrum). The big commercial center Olympia-Einkaufszentrum is also 2 stations away.
Der Bungalow gehört zu dem Studentenwerk München so muss er von einem/einer immatrikulierten Student/in unter 30 Jahre alt gemietet werden. Der Mieter soll auch alle meiner Küchenartikel (Topf, Pfanne, Teller, Besteck, Glas) und weitere Stoffe (Besen, Trockner, LAN-Kabel für Internet...) kaufen (~100€).
Bitte schreiben Sie in Ihrer Nachricht, dass Sie ein immatrikulierter/e Student/in sind.
The bungalow belongs to the Studentenwerk so it can only be rented by an enrolled student at one of the institutions of higher education in Munich who is not older than 30. You also have to buy my stuff (Stove, pan, cutlery, plates, glasses, spatula, wooden spoon, bowls, cups, broom, drying rack... ~100€).
Please write explicitly in the message that you are an enrolled student with immatriculation.
