Ich vermiete mein jetziges Bungalow im Olympiadorf kurzfristig unter vom 1.12.2018-31.01.2019. Der Einzug wäre bereits ab dem 25/26.11.2018 möglich.
Die berühmten Bungalows im Olympiadorf sind mit einer Nasszelle mit Dusche, einer Kochnische und einem Balkon ausgestattet. Eine Treppe trennt Unter- und Obergeschoss, oben befindet sich das Bett und ein großes Regal. Im EG sind zwei Schränke fest verbaut, ein etwas breiterer und ein ziemlich schmaler, aber geeignet zum Beispiel für Kleidung. Außerdem befindet sich dort standardmäßig ein Tisch.
Internet ist bei den Nebenkosten enthalten. Auf Wunsch kann für die Zeit auch mein Stellplatz übernommen werden für 8€ zusätzlich pro Monat.

I'm renting my bungalow at the Olympiadorf. It has a kitchen, a shower and a second floor with bed and balcony. On the ground floor, there is also enough space in the two wardrobes. Internet is included, parking would cost 8€ per month.
The contract will be limited from 01.12.2018-31.12.2019. You could already move in on November 25th/26th.
Im Olympiadorf direkt beim Olympiapark. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Edeka, Gemüseläden, Bäcker, Bioladen), U3 Olympiazentrum in 5 min erreichbar, es gibt ein Gemeinschaftszentrum inklusive Bib, Waschraum und Bar. Das Gelände vom ZHS ist 5min weit entfernt.

Short way to U3 Olympiazentrum (5mins), all shopping needs are near, in the community building there is a library, a washing room and a bar. ZHS is also only 5 mins away.
Nur Student*innen dürfen in die Wohnanlage einziehen, eine Immatrikulationsbescheinigung muss vorgelegt werden. Kontakt bitte per Mail mit kurzer Beschreibung zu dir, wann du einziehen kannst und ob du den Parkplatz brauchst.
