Lage: In umittelbarer nähe der U-Bahn Haltestelle „Am Hart“ (U2) 12min bis zum Hauptbahnhof 13min bis zum Marienplatz 15min ins Glockenbach
Wohnung: Wohnzimmer: Ca. 20qm Küche: Ca 2,5qm Bad: Ca 3,88qm Flur: Ca. 3,8qm
Ausstattung wie auf den Bildern, die Küche ist auch mit Töpfen, Pfannen und allem was man sonst noch so braucht ausgestattet. Die Couch läßt sich um Bett umklappen, neben dem Schrank ist aber noch ein Bett, das kann man auch aufbauen. Die Fenster führen alle in die Lichtschächte, einen direkten Blick nach draußen gibt es leider nicht.
Waschmaschine oder einen Platz dafür gibt es keine.
Die Wohnung ist befristet und vorzugsweise an Wocheendheimfahrer zu vermieten, dafür ist die Miete mit 400€ warm wohl die günstigste in München.
Beziehbar ab sofort, bei der Mietdauer bin ich flexibel, möchte aber keinen Dauermieter. Ideale Wohnung für Praktikanten und Praktikantinen bei BMW, da das FIZ in direkter Nachbarschaft liegt.
Vorzugsweise habe ich einfach unkomplizerte Mieter.
