Wohnung ist in YOUNIQ München (https://youniq-living.com) im Schleißheimer Str 323 2.OG und sie ist ziemlich neu. Ich habe eine Wohnung von Studentenwerk bekommen deswegen ziehe ich am 01.04.2021 aus und gerade suche Ich einen Nachmieter. Nach Youniq muss die Person, die einziehen möchte, muss ein/e Student/in sein.
Wohnung hat ihre eigene Küche (mit Mikrowelle, Backofen und Kühlschrank), Balkon und Bad. Außerdem zwei Tische, ein paar Kleiderschränke, ein Bett und einen Stuhl gehören zur Wohnung. In Bildern habe ich auch meine Sachen. Gebäude hat sein kleine Fitnessstudio und ein Raum für Waschmaschine.
Es gibt keine Nebenkosten. Internet, Wasser, Strom, Heizung; alles inklusive in der Miete.
Besichtigung nach Vereinbarung natürlich möglich.

Flat is in YOUNIQ Munich (https://youniq-living.com) in Schleißheimer Str 323 on second floor and it is pretty new. I got a place from Studentenwerk so I am moving out on 01.04.2021 and looking for a new tenant for my place. According to Youniq the person moves in must be a student so please keep that in mind.
Flat has its own bathroom, kitchen (with microwave/oven and fridge) and balkon. Also two tables, some wardrobes and a bed belongs to the flat. In pictures there are extra my stuff too. Building have its own small gym and a room for washing machines.
Electricity, water, internet, heating etc. everything is included in rent.
Seeing the flat is possible, just contact me.

Die Wohnung ist im Schleißheimer Str 323. U2 Frankfurter Ring ist 6 Minuten zu Fuß. Es gibt zwei Bushaltestellen vor dem Gebäude. Innenstadt dauert 20 Minuten, TUM Garching 35 Minuten. Olympiapark dauert 5 Minuten mit Fahrrad
Aldi, Edeka, Lidl und Netto sind 5 Minuten zu Fuß.

It is in Schleißheimer Str 323. U2 Frankfurter Ring is 6 minutes on foot. There are two bus stops in front of the building. City center takes 20 minutes, TUM Garching takes 35 minutes. Olympiapark takes 5 minutes with a bike.
There are Aldi, Lidl, Edeka and Netto; all in 5 minutes of walking distance.
