Da ich beruflich für drei Monate ins Ausland muss, steht meine Wohnung frei und sucht eine*n nette*n Bewohner*in.
Lage: An der Schleißheimer Straße, eine Bushaltestelle ist quasi vor der Tür, zur U-Bahn „Frankfurter Ring“ braucht man keine 15 min zu Fuß. Supermärkte sind ganz nah: Ein Netto in etwa 3 min Entfernung - Aldi, Lidl und Drogeriemarkt sind auch nah.
Ideal ist die Lage übrigens auch für BMW-Mitarbeiter.
Die Wohnung liegt im 1. Stock und geht nach hinten raus. Sie hat einen Balkon. Innen dürfte es an kaum etwas fehlen: Die Küche ist komplett eingerichtet (Geschirr und Geräte lasse ich zur Benutzung drin), Waschmachine, Spülmaschine, Herd sind auch vorhanden. WLAN gibt es natürlich auch. Im Grunde muss man nur Handtücher und Bettzeug mitbringen.
Da ich relativ spät dran bin mit meinem Inserat, bekomme ich von einem Freund Hilfe, der euch gern die Wohnung zeigt.
