It’s a studio apartment in the area of Milbertsthofen U2. It is 6 minutes away from the ubahn station. It is right in front of Petuelpark, in fact you have views to an open park right from the balcony. Walking distance from Petuelpark and Olympiapark.
It is a 3rd floor in a Studentenwohnheim. The building has bike storage, a parking (perfect for moving in you can park your car there for a few hours). Shared laundry room and each tenat has a small storage locker perfect for suitcases.
The apartment is 21sqm. It has a rather big bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. A kitchen with a built in microwave, fridge and a 2 stove electric burner, it is not huge but I arranged a cabinet to act as an island and I can cook comfortably.
The room itself comes unfurnished but I could leave some stuff behind. (To be negotiated)
In the room I can fit a queen size bed, a wardrobe, a dining area, sofa and a big desk.
It has a lot of light and during the winters, i think I have turned the heater maybe 2-3 times in 2 years.
And it will be from the 1st of September
