I am subletting my all new single apartment situated in Olympiapark from 24.03-18.04.2023. The apartment is on the ground floor and has direct access to the main road. It is 30m2 in size and is fully furnished. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook. There's a big bathroom, the laundromat is 100m away and costs only 90cents per wash cycle including drying. The apartment is equipped with 100mbps Wifi connection, kitchenware, refrigerator, bed, study table, chair, coffee machine, water boiler, iron, a tower fan besides the bed, a big cupboard, sound proof windows and a bike storage area.
The apartment is 3 mins away from the ubahn line U3/U8. There are grocery shops, barber shops, ATM, restaurants, döner shops, bakery, library all in a vicinity of 100-200m. Right outside the door you'll find a place to sit and chill with your coffee/beer. You can of course walk/bike around Olympiapark whenever you want.
Please make sure you have a Haftpflichtversicherung (liability insurance) in case of damages. The flat will be considered as "booked" when the deposit is received. Rent can be paid when you move in.
