Hallo,
ich suche eine*n Untermieter*in für meine wunderschöne kleine Wohnung in Milbertshofen. Ich vermiete die Wohnung möbliert und erstmal auf 5 Monate befristet, da ich in der Zeit ein Praktikum im Ausland machen werde. Nach Absprache mit dem Eigentümer könnte die Wohnung unter Umständen anschließend übernommen werden.
Es handelt sich um eine 30 qm 1-Zimmer Wohnung mit Balkon. Die Wohnung verfügt über eine neue Einbauküche mit Induktionsherd, einen Kühlschrank und eine Badewanne. Alle Möbel, die auf den Bildern abgebildet sind (z.B. das Boxspring-Doppelbett), bleiben in der Wohnung und dürfen gerne benutzt werden. Bei Bedarf kann auch gerne die Küchenausstattung inkl. Geschirr und Mikrowelle zur Verfügung gestellt werden. Im Flur gibt es einen geräumigen Einbauschrank mit Kleiderstange, zusätzlich zum Kleiderschrank im Zimmer.

I am looking for a sublet for my beautiful small apartment in Milbertshofen. I rent the apartment furnished, because I am going for an internship abroad. Therefore the initial rental contract will be for 5 months, but the apartment could possibly be taken over afterwards given the owner's approval.
It is a 30 qm 1-room apartment with a balcony. The apartment has a new fitted kitchen with induction cooking plate, a fridge and a bathtub. All furniture shown in the pictures (e.g. the boxspring double bed) remains in the apartment and may be freely used. If needed, the kitchen equipment including dishes and microwave can also be provided. In the hallway there is a spacious built-in closet with clothes rail, in addition to the closet in the room.

Die Wohnung liegt fußläufig der U-Bahn Stationen U2 Milbertshofen und U3 Petuelring, in 15min ist man am Hauptbahnhof. Besonders praktisch ist die Lage auch für BMW-Mitarbeiter*innen und für Abendspaziergänge im Olympiapark. Parkmöglichkeiten gibt es direkt vor der Tür. Diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Penny, Rewe, Lidl, Rossman) sind in bis zu 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.

The apartment is within walking distance of the U-Bahn stations U2 Milbertshofen and U3 Petuelring, and it takes 15min to get to the main station. The location is especially convenient for BMW employees and for evening walks in the Olympiapark. Parking is available directly in front of the door. Multiple grocery stores (Penny, Rewe, Lidl, Rossman) are within walking distance.
Die Wohnung ist ab dem 23.6. einzugsbereit, der 1.7. wäre allerdings auch möglich. Optimal wäre es für mich, wenn die Wohnung bis zum 1.12. gemietet wird. Die Warmmiete beträgt 900€ inkl. 120Mbit Internet und Strom.
