Hi,
This student appartment will be free during the holidays for about two month. The rent is 315,-€ for a month. So it would mean 640,-€ for renting it for 63 days. The apartment is near the olympiapark and in the new high house for students. The U3 is just over the street and it takes just 3 minutes to there. There is a shopping center just 100 m from he house and has a mall, three bakeries, two banks, and some restaurants. There is also a washing salon just behind the house.
