Ich biete ein 1-Zimmer-Appartement im Studentenwohnheim am Olympiazentrum an. Küche und Einbauschränke, Tisch und Bett sind vorhanden. Auf Wunsch kann ich euch Töpfe/Geschirr/Besteck ausleihen.
Der Mietzeitraum wäre vom 15. Februar bis 29. März, Kaution beträgt 2 Monatsmieten. Ideal geeignet für vorübergehende Unterkunft zur Wohnungssuche/Praktikum etc. BMW-Gelände in unmittelbarer Nähe.
WLAN und Nebenkosten sind im Preis enthalten.
Insgesamt beträgt die Miete für 6 Wochen also 500 € (333 €/Monat * 1.5 Monate).

I'd like to rent out my studio apartment (18 sq.m., 13th floor in a student dorm; kitchen, closet, table and bed included) from February 15th to March 29th. If desired, i can borrow you some pans, dishes and silverware.
The security deposit amounts to two monthly rents. This offer is ideal for you if you're searching for an apartment in the long run and looking for housing in the interim time or if you're doing an internship in Munich.
Wi-Fi and running costs are included in the monthly rent.
In total the rent for 6 weeks amounts to 500 € (333 €/month * 1.5 months).
