Ich ziehe aus meiner Wohnung nach 9 Jahren aus und helfe meiner älteren Vermieterin bei der Mietersuche.
Biete eine Wohnung mit toller Anbindung (sbahn, ubahn, Tram, Bus, taxi) direkt am
Moosacher Bahnhof. Wirklich wahnsinnig gute Anbindung!!
Die Wohnung besteht auf Küche, Bad, Wohnzimmer, Schlafzimmer, kellerabteil, Balkon und abstellkammer.
Küche ist älter und bleibt in der Wohnung. Bzgl. Sofa etc. Kann man gerne mit mir reden.
Die Miete ist bei 1000 Euro warm.
Die Vermieterin ist eine ältere Frau, der ich gerne helfe - hab etwas Geduld mit ihr :)
Fotos von der Wohnung anbei. Die wird natürlich auf Wunsch völlig leer und gestrichen übergeben.
Besichtigungstermin nächste Woche am Donnerstag möglich.
