The apartment is located in the Moosach district, above the largest shopping center in Bavaria (olympia shopping center). Direct access to the shopping center through the apartment elevator to all shops and restaurants (130 shops).

The Olympic Park is a 7-minute walk from the shopping center.
The location is well connected to public transport with the U1, 7 and 3, a bus stop is right in front of the apartment. The city center can be reached within 10 minutes.
