bei dem Angebot handelt es sich um eine Dachgeschosswohnung mit einem großen Wohnzimmer (frisch rennoviert mit Holzboden und Kamin), Balkon, WC und eigener Küche wie auf den Bildern zu sehen. Die Dusche findet sich im Keller (auch frisch rennoviert). Das Erdgeschoss und der erste Stock werden von sechs netten und geselligen Leuten bewohnt die man auch gerne im Garten antrifft. Desweiteren steht eine Waschmaschine und ein FlatscreenTV bereit. Zur Sbahn (S3) sind es etwa 5 minuten zu Fuß. Morgens und abends gibt es hier einen zehn Minuten Takt. Fahrzeit zum HBF München sind etwa 25min. Die Isar ist mit dem Fahrrad ca. in 15 Minuten zu erreichen.
