Vermite 1-Zimmer Wohnung in München Schwabing-West, vollmöbliert erstmal für 3 Monate aber eine Verlängerung ist möglich. (Ich wohne gerade bei meiner Familie wegen Sport in der Corona-Pandemie, deswegen kann ich immer 3-Monate-Vertrag anbieten.
Das 30 qm große Studio hat eine separate Küche, Flur mit einem 1,2 m lang Kleiderschrank und WC/Bad inkl. Badewanne (es handelt sich um keine WG). Die monatliche Warmmiete beträgt 790 euro inkl. Strom und schnelles Internet.
Die Lage hat eine Verbindung mit U-bahn und Tram. Die U-bahn Haltestelle (Petuelring) und eine Tram Haltestelle (tram 27) sind ca. 5min und 3min bzw. entfernt. Es gibt Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe und Olympia park ist 2 min zu Fuß entfernt.
Die Wohnung ist sehr hell, gemütlich und bereit zu wohnen. Bei Interesse mir ein paar Zeilen über euch.
