we are looking for the next tenant for our apartment from the first of April 2020.
The apartment is 36qm, 900 warm.
The kitchen is not very big but it has a separate window and is separate from the room. There is a big balcony is facing the backyard with the view of a hundred years old maple tree. This awesome view can totally bring you out of city life.

The location is very center (Schwantalerhöhe). You have all the public transportation possibilities around you. Sbahn Donnersbergerbrücke, Ubahn Heimeranplatz or Schwantalerhöhe, also Tram Trappentreustrasse und Busses. If you are driving the car, the B2 Mittelring is right next to the apartment with exit Trappentreustrasse. Luckily with all these conveniences, the apartment is still super quiet.DM and Lidl are right across the street. You can totally go shopping at 19:59 and still make it. Besides that, also Edeka and Feneberg are not far away at all. Several späties (light night shops)are around, also bars and restaurants. The apartment has:-big balcony -kitchen with window, oven, cooking areas, and fridge-storage area(Dachboden)above the apartment-storage area inside the apartment-bike parking room-todo smart thermostat-bathroom with bathtub
