I am moving out of my beloved apartment to the end of August. There will be some renovations before you can move in for about 2 weeks, according to the landlord, they're renewing the floors of the apartment, but you can plan with a move-in date as of Sep 15.

I was really happy living there, it's perfectly situated - a 2 min walk to the U-Bahn U2 Silberhornstraße that takes you to the Hauptbahnhof in 10 minutes, and buses 58/68, 1 min to bus X30 buses to Harras/Ostbahnhof, tram 15/25, a 7 min walk to U1 Kolumbusplatz, a 10 minute walk to the Isar river and 15 minutes walk to Fraunhoferstraße / Glockenbachviertel.

If needed, the apartment is fully furnished, the kitchen equipped with fridge, cutlerym plates, glasses, etc. and except for the bed it is possible for me to leave most of these things there, if needed, I am flexible in this regard. You can also just take the empty apartment and furnish it yourself.
