Die Wohnung liegt im 5.Stock Südseite mit einem kleinen Balkon.
2 Min. zum Gärtnerplatz, 8 Min. zum Marienplatz.
Super zentral, trotzdem ruhig, da nach hinten hinaus. Angenehmes Haus, nette Nachbarn.
Die Wohnung hat einen großen Wohn/Schlafraum, gut geeignet für eine oder 2 Personen.
Eine Couch kann als 2. Bett umgebaut werden.
Küche vorhanden, kleiner Flur, Bad mit Badewanne.
Waschmaschine und Trockenraum im Haus.
Ich bin für einen Monat in Kur und suche jemanden, der auf meine Pflanzen aufpasst und sie regelmäßig gießt.
Sonst alles locker!
Da sehr zentral, gibt es viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten: ein großer REWE um die Ecke, 8 Min. zum Viktualienmarkt, etc. In der unmittelbaren Umgebung gibt es jede Menge Restaurants, Bars und Clubs, in denen jetzt auch wieder gefeiert werden darf! Trotzdem ist die Wohnung ruhig, da sie nach hinten heraus liegt. Die Wohnung liegt im 5. Stock, niemand wohnt über dir und du kannst die Wolken am Himmel vorüberziehen sehen.
