Available studio apartment at Frankfurter Ring

Hallo zusammen,

Ich suche jemanden, der mein schönes 1-Zimmer Studio-Apartment ASAP in der Moosacher Straße 7 beziehen kann. Das Zimmer wird ab dem 20.06. zur Verfügung stehen, wir können auch einen anderen möglichen Zeitpunkt besprechen.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Nähe der U-Bahnstation Frankfurter Ring. Mit der U-Bahn sind es ca. 9 min bis zum Hauptbahnhof. Das Zimmer ist ca. 27m² groß und kostet 763€ (inklusive Wasser, Heizung und Internet). Sie hätten eine Küche und ein Badezimmer für sich und einen schönen Balkon, um den Sommer zu genießen. Es gibt auch einen Keller im Erdgeschoss, in dem Sie Ihre zusätzlichen Sachen unterbringen können. Ein Musterplan der Wohnung ist beigefügt, aber meiner sieht viel besser aus :)

Um das Zimmer zu mieten, müssen Sie immatrikulierter Student oder Doktorand sein. weil es ein privates Studentenwohnheim ist.

Hi everyone,

I'm looking for someone to take up my beautiful 1-room studio apartment ASAP which is located in Moosacher straße 7. The room will be available from the 20th of June, we can also discuss another potential timepoint.

The apartment is located close to the subway station Frankfurter Ring. It’s about 15 min by subway, 15 min by bike, and 10min by car to the Helmholtz Neuherberg and 35 mins by subway to Großhadern. The room is around 27m² and costs 763€ (including water, heating and internet). You would have a kitchen and bathroom for yourself and a beautiful balcony to enjoy the summer. There is also a cellar downstairs that you could put your additional stuff. A model layout of the flat is attached, but mine looks way better :)

For renting the room, you need to be an enrolled student or a Ph.D. because it is a private student residence.
